It happened, and I knew it would, but mind you this has never happened to me before. My feet swelled up; in a serious way. While there has been notable swelling in the last couple months and there have been adjustments made on my laces and such, it just never was real swelling. I realized how bad it was on Friday because it was at the point that it hurt and there were MULTIPLE swelling rolls at each toe and around my ankle... and the top of my foot is just a giant puff. I showed my sister Laura -who already makes fun of my feet- and I thought she was going to cry.
I should have expected this because Kennedy posted pictures of her swollen feet, but you never understand till it is you. SO my Mom took me shopping for something better than flip flops to wear, since it is like 30 degrees outside... that was a mission!! I can now say I understand what "swollen" means -- sooo weird!

you have to admit, swollen feet are kind of cute.
hahaha as long as I am not walking on them. Like when I have them crossed in front of me and there is an indention from one foot leaning against the other... haha
yes, that's my favorite! i liked making fingerprints on the tops of my feet, too.
