Baby Time!!!

The time is finally here!!! :)

I went to my final Doctor's Appointment today and we went over the details of what would happen when I go in to be induced (assuming he doesn't come on his own) and she answered a few questions, but mostly it just felt crazy to even think that it is finally that time. WELL, we listened to Sawyer's heartbeat and she checked my cervix *ouch* and while she said it felt like it was loosening up a bit... I am still only 1 centimeter dilated. Then my Mom (who came for this reason alone) popped the big question.... is there any chance we could induce her this week instead of next week?? And then to my shock and amazement my Doctor said YES... and that she would have the receptionist call Menorah to see if there is an opening on Thursday and THERE WAS... the whole time I am thinking holy crap I am having my baby in a few days not just maybe but definitely giving birth to my baby in a few days. Sooooooo.....

I will be checking in at Menorah Med Center on Wednesday night to get the thing that helps to soften your cervix to get it ready for labor and then on Thursday I will be induced early in the morning and everything will kind of go from there. I am hoping that before Thursday evening I will be cuddling with my little man!

Now I must get cracking on my to do list because I have a lot less time than I thought!!!!
